In these Rules competition — meeting of sportsmen to determine winners, i.e.
to exceed each other in sporting skills according to these Rules. Competiton may
be held in several kinds of cynological sport or several events, classes, groups
etc. of concrete kind of cynological sport. Competitions can also be called
sports event.
c.
Competitions of cynological sports are organized according to common prinsiples
of international laws and legislation in force of the country. these Rules,
other official documents, and competitons regulations.
d.
The competitions organizator and judges should provide identical terms for all
participants. This demand does not touches objectively impracticable terms (for
example, the weather).
e.
Competitions classification can be team, personal and team and personal.
f.
In the competitions can take part citizens of all states and persons without
citizenship.
g.
Participation in the competitions can not be restricted because of if the dog is
of any breed or not and does it have pedigree documents or not.
h.
For the rude treatment of the dog, non-ethical behaviour, hindering to the other
participant perfomance the sportxman should be disqualified and his result
annuled in team and personal classification. This article comes into force at
the moment of arrival of articipant to the competiton area and acts until the
participant leaves the competition area.

Competition area includes: all adjacent parkings, place of participants cars
parkng, team and dogs places, subsidiary buildings, spectators seat and the
course.

Trainers, team-leaders and the sportsmen themselves should take into
consideration age, physical condition and health of the dog to avoid any danger
for dogs health and life.
k.
When decide something the officials
and judges of the competitions suppose that the sportsmen, trainers and
team-leaders know the competitons Rules.
l.
Judges and officials on the competitions on cynological sports should be
certificated by IFCS as judges of cynological sports.
